Eligibility

The Administrator is running a promotion, the Nobody’s Child Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) on behalf of the Sponsor, which begins 31st March 2026 at 12:01:00 AM British Summer Time ("BST") and ends on 30th June 2026 at 11:59:59 PM BST or at the point at which all Gifts (as defined below) are distributed, whichever is sooner (“Giveaway Period”). Participation in the Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, who are 18 years of age or older. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered and will be ineligible to receive a Gift.

Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor and Administrator and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies involved with this Giveaway, and immediate family members and those living in the same household of such persons (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to receive Gifts as part of this Giveaway.

How to Participate

To participate, purchase any qualifying product (outlined in Appendix A) and scan the QR code found on the participating products, packaging, in-store signage and brand brochures. All personal information provided during participation in the Giveaway must be provided by someone 18 years of age or older. Participants who successfully followed the instructions on the Website will earn one (1) Gift (detailed below). Limit of one (1) Gift per qualifying purchase, per email address throughout the Giveaway Period.

Each qualifying purchase during the Giveaway Period entered successfully on the Website will earn one Gift chosen at random under the Sponsor’s discretion from the list below:

There are no cash alternatives to the Gifts. The Gifts are non-transferable. Sponsor and Administrator wish to advise Participants in advance that some Gifts may not be available in some parts of the world. ALL GIFTS ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative gift should an original gift become unavailable.

Redemption

The gift will be emailed directly to the address provided on the registration form either in the form of a digital code or product. Terms and restrictions of the Giveaway applies. The sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, or undelivered digital codes or products.

Limited Offer

The Giveaway will be in effect according to the eligibility terms of paragraph one. Sponsor is not responsible for any computer related malfunction that prevents the recipient from accessing entry or receiving their Gift via any form of delivery.

Your Consent

The participant is responsible for any damage/loss due to use of a digital code or product. Sponsor is not responsible for any malfunction or inconvenience that may occur.

Giveaway is void where taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. You cannot substitute, transfer or redeem the digital code or product for cash. You are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs or expenses associated with use of the digital code or product not specified herein as being provided. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to the application of these Rules, and to the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway, and agree (i) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Nobody’s Child Limited and their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability or damages which may arise out of participation in the Giveaway or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any product or service attained through this Giveaway. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, delayed, inaccurate, garbled, undelivered, misdirected requests, email, texts, or mail, or other errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, whether printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway or in any Giveaway-related materials. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Giveaway, who are acting in a disruptive manner or who are otherwise not in compliance with these terms, as solely determined by Released Parties will not be eligible. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway.

By participating in this Giveaway, you hereby acknowledge that Sponsor and Administrator may collect and use your personal information in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and its Privacy Policy accessible at https://nobodyschild.xela.co/privacy/ in order to organise, run and monitor the promotion as well as for carrying out publicity activities on it.

All Participants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Administrator’s Cookie Policy and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Please note that if you withdraw your personal data upon request, you will be disqualified as an entrant in the Giveaway if you withdraw your personal data prior to the determination, redemption and fulfilment of the Gift.

General Conditions

Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, destroyed, inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, postage due, unintelligible, non- delivered, misdirected, garbled, or stolen entries; or for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, interrupted or unavailable network, satellite, telephone networks or lines, cellular towers or equipment (including handsets), computer on-line systems, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs, servers or providers, or other connections, availability or accessibility; or for unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or miscommunications, failed computer, telephone, cellular, satellite, or cable transmissions, lines or other technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for any other errors or problems of any kind, whether typographical, printing, human, technical, mechanical, electronic, network or otherwise, including, without limitation, any errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the announcement of the prizes or in any Giveaway-related materials; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Giveaway or website, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified (and all associated entries will be void), and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such entrant’s eligibility to participate in this or any other promotion offered by Sponsor. Any entry, which does not comply with the rules, may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, misdirected entries, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incorrect, garbled, delayed electronic or other communications or other technical problems related to mobile entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of delivery.

Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Giveaway in a manner, which in Sponsor’s determination is contrary to these rules or by its nature is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Giveaway, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor and/or any of its agents or representatives, or who submits an illegible or incomplete entry may be rejected from the promotion at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event that the Giveaway is, or Sponsor believes the Giveaway may be, challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Giveaway, or to disqualify individuals residing in the affected geographic areas.

Your entry must not:

contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights;
contain brand names or trademarks, other than (i) those of Sponsor, which you have a limited license to use for the sole purpose of creating and uploading your entry, and/or (ii) those that you own, which you agree to license to Sponsor on a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non exclusive basis, or have license to use and sub-license to Sponsor on a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive basis in connection with the entry;
contain footage, music, images, artwork, literary or other copyrighted material not created by you, other than material that you have necessary rights, consents and permissions to use and sub-license to Sponsor on a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive basis in connection with the entry;
contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libellous; disparage Sponsor;
contain personal information belonging to an individual other than yourself;
contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
contain material that is unlawful, in violation of, or contrary to, the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where the entry is created.

Sponsor shall have sole discretion in determining whether or not an entry does or does not comply with the conditions set out in this clause.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified in these rules or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond reasonable control of Sponsor that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the promotion. The Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to de-activate a unique QR code without advance notice if it is reused, shared, or misused by a Participant.

This Giveaway and any dispute arising out of or in connection therewith are governed by and is in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree that any dispute arising under this promotion will be resolved in the courts of England. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will entrant be permitted to obtain attorneys' fees or other legal costs; no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"); and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. The Sponsor, its associated agencies and companies excludes all liability (including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the Giveaway. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) technical malfunctions, delays or failures, including those resulting from accessing any materials related to this Giveaway and any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this Giveaway as a result of any technical malfunctions, delays or failures; (ii) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (iii) lost or damaged entries, Gift claims or Gifts; and/or (iv) acceptance and/or use of any Gift (including without limitation use of any prize in ways prohibited by any instructions contained herein or with the prize when delivered). Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the promotion site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions.
